Alta Call Applications
This section contains the documentation for the core Alta Call software suite, which includes administration tools, client portals, and desktop notifications.
Ecosystem Overview
The Alta Call ecosystem consists of two web applications and a desktop client integration system. Here is a summary of the available applications and modules:
| Component | Role | Main URL / Scope | Tech Stack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Admin Alta | Administration & Configuration | admin-alta.alta-voce.tech | Laravel 10 / Filament Admin v3 / Livewire |
| Client Space | User Profile & Voice Dashboard | client-alta.alta-voce.tech | Vue.js 3 / Vuex 4 / Vite |
| Plugin Alerts | Desktop Client Notification System | Local Desktop Client Alerts | System Notifications & Popups |
1. Admin Alta (admin-alta.alta-voce.tech)
The Administration Portal is designed for supervisors, administrators, and technical support staff. It serves as the single source of truth for licenses, user management, and system auditing.
- User Management: Create, edit, and suspend accounts.
- License Management: Issue and validate API licenses for desktop clients.
- Real-time Diagnostics: Profile system logs, database queries, and broadcast notifications.

2. Client Space (client-alta.alta-voce.tech)
The Client Space Portal is the main customer-facing dashboard. End users log in to manage their personal settings, check their usage telemetry, and configure active devices.
- Device Monitoring: Centralized view of workstation audio devices and active configurations (device selection logic is handled server-side).
- Telemetry & Preferences: Monitor usage duration and voice transformation modes.

3. Plugin Alerts
The Desktop Client Alert System is built directly into the local application. It handles user communications during system exceptions, data consent synchronization, license validation, and running process conflicts.
- System Level Alerts: Desktop tray-based notifications (e.g. licensing failures, offline states).
- Popup Warnings: Interactive modals blocking invalid actions (e.g., license format retries, duplicate instance blocks).
